We enjoy chatting to new people around the World online and have made
some very good friends from all over, especially America. California in
particular, which we love (would move tomorrow if we could).
We do enjoy
travelling and we can accommodate - so if you're around in the south west
of England (or want to visit by choice) then get in touch with us and
we'll see how we get on. We enjoy having visitors here at our home.
We do head out on the "scene" too, mainly in Bristol where our
claim to fame has been being main organisers for the first four Bristol
Bear Fiesta's held in June each year which on our last one in 2007 drew
around 500 people into the City across the weekend, the running of the
event was passed on to others for the 2008 one (just thought we'd point
that one out for obvious reasons if you are in the know!) Now we organise
the local Bear social group BearWest and we're embarking on a new venture
and co-ordinating a weekend event for December called Bristol Southern
Hibearnation. On top of this all we have been handed back the Bristol
Bear Fiesta event from 2009 so the Bears are back in Town - Quickie update. BBF6 has been a BIG success, around 600 people in town. It was also the first year we had rain for it, but it didn't seem to dampen any spirits.
We love our home and garden, love having friends here, love travelling
and shopping, dvd's, music, photography and loads more.
